Basics of 3d Digital Softwares in Modelling and Animation creation.
Here's a very simple rule for all new users to any of the 3d animation and modeling softwares. The concept of 3 axis i.e X,Y and Z are the main points to be taken in consideration whenever you create anything in 3d.
Use your left hand as reference and fold all fingers except the 1st and 2nd index fingers and the thumb.See Image .Now assume your 1st index finger is extended at 90 degrees to thumb and 2nd finger-which is pointing down. The Thumb is Z Axix,1st Index finger is X axis and 2nd finger is Y axis. Now move your hand keeping in the same shape as shown and you'll otice how x,y and z axis are related to each other. This is the very simple way to use as guide for making the axis of any of your models.Using the wrist as the center point of rotation and revolution of all axis;you can easily see use your left hand for Yawning,Pitching and Rotatory motion of the model. When you move your hand up and down its called Yawn, moving your hand horizontally is pitch, and rotating your hand around the wrist is rotation.
