Step 1

That’s my Original starting picture.
For this Tutorial you need some textures.

Drop this texture in your open picture.

Step3

Make a layer-mask.
Select the layer-mask!!! Important.

Step4

Make some parts of the texture visible, with a brush and white color.

The same for the other side of the face, and you have it.
