If you're only addressing the DESIGN aspect of the RAZR2, it is without a doubt very very cool. It is a masterpiece of industrial design. If, however, we address the question of RELIABILITY, well, it's time to start looking to another vendor for a phone ... I went through three different RAZRs in one month as well as three different sets of batteries in an attempt to make it usable, but none of them held a charge longer than 23 hours. If it wasn't back on the charger by that time, I couldn't use it to make calls. I swapped it out for a LG CU500 ... excellent li'l phone, and much better battery life than the RAZR.

I din't say you did it ... I said I was going to blame it on you.

The only design flaw I found in my RAZR was the flat menu button. I really had a hard time pushing it without pushing the left, right, up, or down buttons. (Fat fingers?)

And I agree with the battery life. Mine started out fine, but then I had to charge way too often! I since upgraded to the Blackberry Pearl. I chose a smart phone to help me run my business. So far, no complaints.
