10% of the brain...

Posted 3 months ago I was reading a book the other day about a man whwo temporarily had his mental state accelerated, and i started to think, if we used more than 10% of the brain would our work be better, would their be so many problems in the world, or would it really even make a difference? |

The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be. Anne Frank |

This is a great subject. Yes we only use 10% of our brain to function through our day, but imagine what we do with the rest? And then, imagine what we COULD do with the rest. This is where the positive thinking and use of its energy comes into play. I was watching a show the other day where they were trying to prove this point with telekenisis. A bunch of children grabbed a spoon each and they had to focus on bending the spoon. So in other words, they put all their thought energy in bending the spoons and it worked. This is why some churches ask to hold hands and they pray. The reason for that is unified energy. Energy ie. faith or belief. So now, imagine if everyone took one moment, let say 60 seconds... all over the world to focus on and vision true world peace and happiness. I would just love to see that happen and see its results. This also explains why the christmas season feels so different than the rest of the year. We are all focused on and putting our energies into enjoying the holidays with our loved ones, we are in better moods, more giving...see my point? |

| Posted 3 months ago that totally makes sense, i was also wondering, have you ever had a time when ages before you might have been thinking about something and then a ll of a sudden the answer to your mental question comes to you? what if you're like trying to think on it the entire time? and that you just don't realize until you figure it out that your mind had been working on it the entire time since you had first thought of the question, even though you were preoccupied with doing something else at the time that you figured it out. |
Enough said.........
