I am no web guru, but I can design and upload a site with Dreamweaver. Where should I start to learn more about coding for myself and using asp, java, etc? I am not  a reader by any means, so tutorials and BASIC code 101 would be great.

Check out a few spots on the web for great video tutorials... Lynda.com or TotalTraining.com. Both have a fee for services, however the tutorials are extremely well done.

You should check out the book CSS Mastery. Cascading Style Sheets are a good thing to know when designing websites.

In hopes of getting a better job, I'm taking myself back to school on this very subject. Here are a few of the resources I am using.

In August I'll be taking Dreamweaver  online at elearningbroward.com.You need to have the software and high speed connection. I'm looking to get the student receipt so I can purchase the software with educational discount  at www.genesis-technologies.com. This class will use the Adobe textbook. There will be online tutorials plus the teacher can answer your questions by email. The Dreamweaver class is only $127. This is their phone number 754-321-5451

The World Wide Web Consortium is the final word on all things relating to the web, and they provide free online resources, all of which are up to date because the 'W3C' itself determines what is up to date. www.w3.org/.

There are a great many other resources for free tutorials online, google what you're looking for and read a little to see if their style suits you and the subject matter is up to date.

My Html has gotten so much better since I switched from Adobe GoLive to Dreamweaver (Dreamweaver's GUI sucks rotten eggs).
