| Posted 5 months ago The best cakes are ALWAYS chocolate in my opinion... my favorite to date, incredibly rich "Chocolate-rasberry Heartquake cake" or hmm, I would eat any flavor cake even though chocolate is best, with "Mouselline Buttercream Icing" from "The Cake Bible" I love cake... really I do, but cookies are my dieter's downfall.... love the crunch! Each day is a gift, open it up and play with it! |

| Posted 5 months ago When I was a kid I always had cherry pie for my birthday, didn't care much for cake. If I'm going to have one German Chocolate is my favorite. A well soaked rum cake is always good, gives me a nice buzz! lol The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. | Posted 5 months ago Every year for my birthday, my mum would make me the same cake--German chocolate cake with "Magic Frosting Sugar Mix" with 4 tablespoons of Nestle's Quik with chopped walnuts on top. My birthday was not complete unless I had that special cake. I love cake, pies, all that sweet stuff--but in moderation--too much of a good thing is, well, I was going to say is too much, but on second thought, that's a dumb saying, really... |

| Posted 5 months ago White cake. With a hot chocolate fudge sauce soaked into it. Just like Aunt Phyllis used to make. Shoveling fluffy snow makes me think of this kind of cake. ...... Walking in the woods in the snow when the sun's out and oak leaves are melting into the snow makes me think of Butter Pecan ice cream. Good thing it's summer now, I don't have to be tempted by my surroundings. |

At this time I a have a few "signature" cakes which are: Double Chocolate layer cake, DKNY (that's me) Style Cheese Cake, a very rich Pound Cake and a Rum Chocolate Bundt Cake.
