I keep looking at my little tubes of paint, and they all have different permanence ratings.  Does that mean in 100 years, my blue won't look like blue and the rest of the picture will be fine for another 50 years?  LOL!  There's almost a jinx going here.  Use the high permanence rating paints and your painting won't be worth saving.  Goof around with some lesser quality stuff on old paper--and it's an AWESOME piece of artwork.  Go figure!!
