The zoom is awesome. Digital zoom forget about it. I don't like the macro, haven't been able to get good consistent pictures with it yet. Picture quality and color are very good. Ease of use is good. A lot of presets if you like manual settings. Price is not to bad. Easy to edit & crop on camera. Night time photography is good, indoor with low lighting (ie. Candlelight) is best. High ISO 3200 without decreasing picture size, 4000 max. I have had it for 6 mos., and this spring will be my first with it. Fall & Winter pics were good.
