Description:	Grumbacher uses two formulas for their pan watercolors, so you can enjoy the clarity of a transparent watercolor or the velvety coverage of an opaque. The colors are poured into large, circular cakes that snap in and out of the trays for cleaning and rearranging. Each set comes with a choice of either 12 or 24 colors. and includes a pointed, round red sable watercolor brush. The opaque watercolor sets include a 5 ml tube of Chinese White.

This comes in 2 types; transparent and opague. I have used both and they are very good they don't run, bleed or fade that much. over time the color still holds. Price is not that bad either.

watercolores are cool and easy to use. there are many different techniques to use them with.... Play around with them and you can make your own up.

I love 'em---have added Pearl-Ex powders to them and it looks incredible-nice finishing touches!

Grumbacher is a good product but others are higher quality, Winsor & Newton tube color for example.

grumbacher is a good brand name ... i like the cake watercolour sets mostly for doing washes, in particular over pen and ink ... these are excellent quality for such washes

I use these.I'm just starting to learn watercolors. These work well for me.
