Strathmore has always done good work and put time and effort into creating their paper. This paper is ideal for any expert or advanced watercolorist. I approve!
perfect starting "ground" for me-can hold so much. quality paper. nice price too!
I, personally, use this for my watercolor painting. To me, it's more durable and holds color better.
Good product. I prefer Arches. Just a mater of preference.
Nice heavy paper, good price for the quality you get. I've been using Strathmore's CP Watercolor paper for years now, and I have no complaints. Better than most, if not all, of the competition. Highly recommended!
This takes the hassle out of stretching when you just want to get started working. I use this quite often. If you like to work large scale this is not for you.
I actually use this paper for pen/ink and pencil drawing...the texture is perfect for my work...the weight is excellent and like other reviewers say..it's a great value.
an excellent product for doing pen and ink with a watercolour wash ... and strathmore is a very trusted name
I absolutely love the tooth on this paper. I am an avid Prismacolor user and frequently mix soft pastels in with it. I have discovered that this paper from Strathmore® offers great binding and grip to the medium which allows greater flow when mixing. I know its for Watercolor, but part of being an artist is experiencing a wide variety of textures and surfaces.
Good weight. Usually a good price.
I love using Strathmore watercolor paper to spray my stencils on too. Because of its weight it does not warp when paint hits the surface. After my stencil has been sprayed on I scan it and from there I create my graphics using the computer.
Strathmore Has been around on the market for a long time now! I love the quality of this paper, The Thickness is perfect and the color white is to a perfection!
This is a nice weight and texture. I still prefer hot press, but for the price and the weight, I really like this paper.
I absolutely love this paper. I use it for all my watercolors. I don't think I would use any other brand.
My favorite paper! puts up with watercolor, cp, odorless mineral spirits for blending. The weight and toothiness are perfect!
love it! i go through it like water!!
Love this paper! The paper holds up for all watercolor techniques.
