I have use these types of points for may years and love the three types:
1. crow quill #102
2. Hawk quill #107
3. Flexible quill #108
and the penholder is a #102 that fits all the points. I use these in my art work and love the way they give me the versatility that I need with my lines.
Crow Quill points are amazing, beautiful things. They give you fluidity and ease when it comes to varying line weight ( See Master Drawings ). I don't use penholders anymore, instead preferring to tape the points onto ball-point pens because they fit my hand better. ( My hands would cramp up with traditional crow quill holders, I was using them so much ). Don't forget to save yourself a lot of trouble by taping down your ink bottle to the table, as the tip of the crow quill has a tendency to knock the bottle over, haha, I know that one well. Crow quill pen art looks better to me when it is shrunken down for reproduction, instead of thin lines by a mechanical pen that looks like a droid drew it.

There are better pen tips out there, but this is a pretty good product across the board in the comics industry.
