I shoot with the Canon Rebel XT and have been satisfied with this camera thus far. It came with the standard 18-55mm lens. However, with my curiosity in making good pics, I had heard from a guy, at a camera store I frequent, say it's mainly about the lens on a camera that makes good pictures. So I started investigating lens' and found them to be very expensive, but so versitile. So I settled for the Canon EF 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5 II USM.

Since purchasing this lens my photography has been enhanced dramatically. I have even noticed more clarity in my pictures, a much more pure view, than I had before. The only 2 things negative I could say are, the price, it's not that cheap, so shop around. And the loss in the wide angle took some getting use too. Other than that, this lens has been fantastic!
