Other frequently profiled topics include digital design, creativity, typography and paper. The magazine is published in Cincinnati by F&W Publications. |
Not as well known as Communication Arts but just as good in my opinion. The actual layout is a little more hip and there is great design to be found here. There is designated Web, Illustration, Photography, and Design annual review. Good stuff to be found here by well known firms and lesser known designers. A good addition to ComArts or a good stand alone.
HOW is a great magazine
My graphic design professor recommended me to get this magazine and at least look inside. Its a great magazine to get new ideas, see how others develop their own ideas and learn from different perspectives of the creative minds.
I LOVE this magazine. Whenever I feel burnt out for new ideas, I just flip through it and I'm busting at the seams.
Very inspirational, full of new and fresh content in each issue! It’s a must have publication for the creative!
This is a great magazine with alot of helpful information. I picked up a copy at Barnes & Noble and found it was full of good advice, resources and articles that hit home to all of us here. They have a good online website too. Needless to say, I now have a subscription to this magazine.
3 stars b/c STEP is better!
I love this magazine now if they would only begin my subscription
