| Description: | Staedtler pencils are German drafting pencils. They are break resistant, easy sharpening, and range from all drafting grades. |
These pencils are the ones that came with my student starter kit for the Art Institute. I can honestly say they are some of the best drafting pencils I've ever used. They come in all kinds of grades. Personally I perfer the 12 pack. It's decentally priced and come in grades from 8B to 6H. Huge difference.
These pencils are great. I love the degrees of softness to hardness, which makes drawing and shading and bringing in detail so easy.
I give this product a superior rating because these are by far the best pencils I have used for drawing and graphic work. They are steadfast in application and extremely durable.
I've employed a LOT of pencils in my short lifetime and so far nothing beats german engineering. Incredibly durable, kick ass range, and the most consistent point maintenance. I even love the case. Very good if you're an illustrator. Phenomenal if you're a drafter.
Great pencils, but I never use them all. I've never buy the whole kit anymore. But a nice drafting pencil.
This is the #1 and best tool any artist MUST have. Doesn't matter what kind of art you do, painting, sculpture, installations, photography, etc. We all need to learn how to draw to develop the artistic sensibility we need as artists. If you can't draw you better look for another job or buy a set of these and start doing some life drawing. I absolutely love these and i use them everyday. The very best tool i have. One thing i have never understood though... These pencils are offered in 19 different degrees from soft 8B to very hard 9H. That is good for some people i guess but if you learn to control your hand really well... you only ned a few of these. No need to buy the large box set. you really only need H HB 2B 4B... enjoy them, buy them if you have em and don't want them, please send them to me.
I won't draw with any other brand of pencil. This is what my art box is full of.
I've had a set of these for about 5 years now, that tin they come in is VERY useful in protecting the tips if you carry them in a back pack... I hope they still come in a tin, its time for another set...
Gooooo germans :3! I cannot express how wonderful these are. The wide range shading colors.. their lasting quality... easy-to-sharpen... did I mention they last long? Wouldn't be the same without them!
Brand of choice.
the best!!!!!!!! i love to use this its been 7 years im using this
Excellent pencils, made to last. Top German quality! 110% recommendable!
Love them, I don't draw that often but when I do these little guys are the best!
These are great pencils!
just love to work with them
Very high quality pencil. I use a wide range in drawing. When I teach cartooning I usually have students use around H to encourage them to keep their drawing light, since they ink their drawings. I also like the Rexel Cumberland - Derwent Graphic pencils from Britain.
A Great Pencil.
i first started using these pencils in university. i love the "feel" of using them. i still use them today. they are the only brand that i use when drawing.
these pencils can do the trick when drawing!!!
Great for doing renderings
Gottem, use em, love em!
The only pencil u should use.
Of all the drawing pencils on the market, I found these consistently wonderful. The graphite is always smooth, no scratchy rock bits in it. They lay out great, giving the best control of your shading.
