Messy, and colorful I feel like a kid when I use oil pastels, they're fun to use. Advice,use your index finger to make things blend.

I have usually had good luck with oil pastels. I like them because I have more control with these instead of dry pastels. Oil pastels are a little messy, but thats half the fun in creating the art. My "Greasey Hand" piece was done in oil pastels and that is one of my favorite pieces.

I never really liked oil pastels but after using them and being able to manipulate them more I enjoy working with them now
