These brushes give you the finest point every time, i use them daily and they take the abuse i give them. I love how they feel and the real sable holds a lot of paint. All in all, this is the best brush I have ever tried. Well worth the price

I LOVE these brushes... I switched to them a year ago for inking comic book pages and other illustrative work. They are well worth their cost. The #3 is my workhorse for everything from ultra-fine lines to quick block-shading.

Its the only brush I use when inking comics, it gets me the lines I need. Nothing else I have used is even close.

Once you try these you'll wonder why you used anything else. Worth saving for. If DOES NOT pay to use cheap!

Winsor & Newton brushes are the best on the market. They are expensive, but will last a lifetime if you take care of them. These are the best brushes for watercolor painting.

Winsor and Newton brushes are one of the most reliable brands of brushes you can use. The bristles are durable with minimum loss during painting and blending. They are a great investment.

I agree that these brushes are the finest and last extremely long if taken care of. Most importantly they're affordable to the starving artists.

Love these brushes, ever since I used them to "spot" a photograph by hand (too long ago to say)and said, man I gotta have some of these to paint with! What a point!

Great brush for ink work. I'm mostly a pen artist, when inking, but I like using this brush for long medium weight lines, or for feathery lines (like for inking hair).

    I use a #1 size for ink work .

These are THE best! Worth every penny and more. One of my staples I put on my Christmas wish list! I still have a few that 20 years old and I'll never get rid of them!

These were the brushes I was introduced to to buy for my college classes and I still have a few from those days. They wear well and work wonderfully for my watercolors.

I finally broke down and bought a size 5. It performs ok but does not live up to the price I paid.
