| Description: | Ultra fine tip points make your writing appear delicate and special. Used for graphics, drafting, illustrating, accounting, decorative painting, and photo albums. Frequently used to "fill in" the missing lines of those imperfect stamp impressions. |
I love the .5 and .005. They are staples for my sketchbook.
These pens are ideal for anything due to the different point sizes. I use .5 & 1.
one of my favorite things to use in art class.
I've been using the .005 PIGMA pen for about 8years. 100% of my drawing are done with them. They are superb for detail, offer a wonderful feather look on rag paper when dealt with a gentle hand. Time tested and proofed to be consist in application.
So much better (and cheaper) than Rapidograph technical pens.
That's not a bad price. Those pens alone are like three bucks. I have to wait for a special just to get them.
I love these! I use them all the time to do traditional work. Great, no smudge. Very good pens.
Love 'em! They're the only pens I'll use for my flash sheets
You really cant beat the price for the line you get out of these. Even though they wear out pretty fast, they are only 1.99 much cheaper than rapidograph pens or other fancy pens that cost 20 times as much
Whenever I cannot have a quill pen due to lack of convenience, this is my first choice for a substitute! Durable tip and consistent ink flow make it my preference over other products.
ULTRA FINE
Thin, precise, fantastic coverage, and luminosity. Limited colors and durability (especially in the smaller pens) can be an issue.
Great pens, I use them for all my illustration layout. And CERTAINLY for the price... you can't beat 'em.
These are great pens. I use them for all of my sketching and projects. These pens have never let me down.
I love these for fine details
These are my absolute favorite pens to work with. The only issue I've ever had was when my children "borrowed" them and returned them bent. The nib is fragile. But I've never broken one on my own... ;)
I love these pens. I have used them for many years, and I have the entire range of sizes, from .2 to .8. I love them.
These are great for small detail.
great illustration pen
I really enjoy using these pens because their fine tips allow me to add so much detail to my work. Their colors are vibrant and they're great for illustrating comics. They also are great for lettering.
Very reliable pen for me. It's never gummed up or dropped that nasty blob of excess ink on my work.
I whole heartedly agree. I used a .005 in combonation with a Faber Castle Pitt "F" for most of my pen illustrations. You cannot beat this pen for the price.
I love these pens... I have them is all colors... I always carry a 05 black in my purse never know when inspiration will strike...
I inked my type face on mylar with these pens. They are great.
Enables me to do intricate detailing in my art. very good product overall
I use these for inking in my cartoons and love the lines they produce, for my
work they are great!
convenience plus. good consistant lines.
I used them for map making which was deffinitely a good choice. With the smaller point sizes, there is a risk of bending them so be careful to write lightly.
These are excellent, reliable pens. They are easy to use and make perfect lines. I always use these to ink in my cartoon strips.
Absolutely the only product I use for inking illustrations
i LIKE THESE PENS, ONLY THING IS IF YOU USE THEM OVER ACRYLIC PAINT THE SMEAR.
I use these primarily for my inking. The only problem is, they run out of ink far too quickly. If they actually had a nice well of ink in them, I'd give them a 5. But at the price you pay, it's just not enough ink.
These pens are outstanding for anyone who works with small-scale, detail-oriented projects. They do tend to run out of ink somewhat quickly, but only if you misuse them (write with them, use them over large areas, etc.) The ink is extremely durable and will not fade over time, or smear easily as with some other "wait to dry" art pens. I've tried a *lot* of different similar products over the years, and I always come back to the Pigma Micron pens as the ultimate best. Ideal for detail work, could not be better!
Smooth flow, lovely pigment, waterproof....
These are quite good!
I really like the fine points and the fact that they dry fast and don't smudge after that.
I use the .5 and it does its job while I hold it in my hand
.
Good for line detailing on the illustrations. its not messy marker or pen.
I like these pens because they come in different numbers and so I can choose the kind for the thickness of the line I am drawing. When I do my nursery names I use a .03, and have been known to use a .01. For other lines I use the .05 as suggested. I would advise anyone to try these as I think they are great.
These pens never fail to feel pleasing in the hand, make clear marks, and while I stick mostly to black, have a range of tip sizes that pleases my eye.
