I am a born artist at heart and I am a graphic and web designer by trade. I've been in the creative industry for 8 years and recently took a turn for a more tactile way of expression.     Ha! Sorry Angela . . . It's going to be a while. We are in the middle of hunting for a house, helping to decide where my great aunt should be for an independent living situation, job hunting and my SIL's longtime boyfriend just had a brain tumor removed . . . too much going on right now! Be patient, my friend :)

    The piece that you comment about is the struggle I had while I was dancing. I was staving myself. I was emotional and physically push to my limits. I was dying to dance. The girl in the mirror represents who I am today and no matter what I can over coming any challenges in a health way. That girl in the mirror will never forget the past and she will learn how to use her creativity in different ways. The girl on the floor is unhappy and broken. She doesn't know where to turn to. So she finds comfort and looks into herself.
