As a governmental arts administrator, I oversaw the implementation of a 1% Fine Arts Inclusion ordinance throughout Atlantic County, NJ. My personal works of art are in private and public collections across the USA and in the UK. I truly believe that art and the manifestation thereof is what makes us HUMAN!!!
