Hi everyone, very glad to join the party! Realize at my well-seasoned age, it is time to explore and pursue some interests, this time without fear of failure (and also to eat my dessert first!) I am an innate animal lover/rescuer and have been known to rescue a human or two as well. I am more tolerant, compassionate, and fearless than even in younger years. I have 4 outstanding grandchildren, and yes, I worry about the planet they will inherit. I am a arm-chair activist for environmental causes, animals, and children (not in any particular order of preference). I see art in almost everything and I can't wait to see what you have done with your talents. I have experience working as a newspaper correspondent in commentary. Guess that makes me a tad opinionated!
