About Me:
I have been a photographer for as long as I can remember. My father worked as a professional photographer and my mother worked in the medical field so I literally followed in both of their footsteps. My brother and I received cameras and film every year for Christmas so I think I took photography for granted. In college, I took some artistic and photojournalistic classes. I went the photojournalism route in my younger years and have since settled into the artistic side. I have worked at Riley Hospital for children almost 17 years. I started as a Respiratory therapist and have spent the last 8 years in cardiology. I love my job!!!! It has given me a true sense of purpose and meaning. It is such a pleasure and honor to work with children. They give me more then I will ever be able to give in return. I have seen coultless miracles and have experienced some incredibly sad times there. I think I use my photography as a release to stay somewhat in balance. My personal life is filled with many beautiful people and animals. I am very blessed! More to follow later...........
