I've been drawing and painting for as long as I can remember. I've always had a passion for art and music. I just recently decided to try to make a living with my art. It isn't going to be easy but I think I have the talent to do it. Now I just need to start cranking out some good work. I've been out of practice for a few years. I would love to talk to anyone who has some good advice for someone starting out in the art world.

    Thanks for the comment. It's sad that the art field is not more lucrative, especially for artists like you who are anything but lacking in talent. Graphic design has a better shot it would seem, but good job opportunities can still be hard to catch. Nonetheless, I'm passionate about graphic design and like you have decided to try earning a living doing what I love. Sure the money's not the best, but getting paid everyday to do what I'm so passionate about? Gotta chase the dream =)
