About Me:
I'm a Studio Art major at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and am staring at the light at the end of the tunnel called GRADUATION this spring! My schedule is always full and it’s always a challenge to find time to get everything done. On the rare occasions I have spare time at all-and am not using it for some extra sleep (Sleep? What’s this archaic notion called sleep??) I enjoy reading anything from history and mythology to Neil Gaiman, Stephen King, Anne Rice, Melissa Marr, Tolkien, Rowling, etc. I also like to keep working on my arts and crafts, especially oil painting and jewelry making, with some multi-media projects on the side (lots of wire and glass, very shiny.) Tattoo design is also a big thing for me, with friends and family naturally being the largest recipients of my scribbles. I finally found a great tattoo apprenticeship at Viking Tattoo and am currently taking appointments at half price. Otherwise I spend my time looking for apartments in Omaha, picking on my boyfriend, teasing my numerous siblings, freaking out my lovely parents, and maintaining my sanity…for a little while longer at least.
