- About Me:
- Amber Rae Johnson is a high-end photographer, certified digital technician, and advanced retouch artist. Originally from southwest Virginia, she is currently based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Amber Rae graduated from the prestigious and world-renowned Hallmark Institute of Photography in Massachusetts at the top of her class and her work can be found in numerous publications of vast variety. She also holds a permanent piece in the Hallmark Museum of Contemporary Photography and has done a great deal of charity work using her talent. Amber Rae has worked out of some of the nations largest and most competitive cities such as Boston, Las Vegas, New York City, Atlanta, and travels all over the world for her clients. She is a member of the PPA (Professional Photographers of America) and a volunteer photographer for Flashes Of Hope, an organization that provides photography for families of children battling childhood cancer. Her unique and edgy style speaks volumes about her mind-boggling creativity and amazing artistic talent. Though her images typically include people, she will often times use them only as a secondary subject to convey an idea or support a theme, making her images truly a work of contemporary art. Amber Rae will not label herself as a portrait, wedding, commercial, fashion, or advertising photographer, but only as a conceptual photographer.
