Created 5 months ago Description: These are some shots taken of a friend's daughter, Caroline, who was graduating from high school. Caroline's mother wanted to have something unique for her senior year portraits. I brought her to an abandoned dock on the Mississippi River on a windy, chilly but sunny afternoon in October 2007. She is extremely shy and did not want her photograph to be taken, and it was my first portraiture photo shoot, so I tried to make her comfortable by telling her that it was a mutual experiment. I wish I had adjusted for the lighting better or waited until the sun had started to set. But both she and her mother were pleased with the shoot. Category: Photography (Images)
